I bought a ship tour basically to get us of the ship in a timely manner, at least it will be refunded if we don't make it.

We were on Quantum of the Seas on a 3 night cruise (23-26 February) and spent two days off Bundaberg getting the hull cleaned so you should have no problems entering New Zealand on your March trip.

I have booked my first cruise on Celebrity and the always included was a positive factor in the decision as it means I don’t need to worry about extra costs when having a drink.  Also while many like to disconnect from the world, I enjoy (in moderation) keeping in touch with WiFi.

However after reading others opinion, I agree that it is totally unfair for single travellers and there should be a base rate for people who don’t want the perks as other cruise lines provide.

Have done port intensive cruises and had a great time.  Next year trying a sea day intensive cruise.  We picked this as an opportunity to relax and recharge and most of the ports are at the start of the cruise and it finishes with just one port in the last nine days of the cruise.

Not OBC but I was impressed as a Ruby member on 4th cruise both my wife and myself got $100 off the price of our cruise just for being part of the Captain’s Circle loyalty program.  Very happy for this bonus and hope I sail enough cruises to get the free OBC.

Do they sell detergent at the laundry or do you have to bring your own?

We used SPB in 2018 and were very happy with them.  If you are not on a NCL tour you sign up in different groups to get off the ship.  We were in Group B and were allocated a time to get off the ship.  On day one SPB than fill up each vehicle as people arrive so they can leave as quickly as possible.  There was no problems on day 2 as the immigration is much quicker.  We had full days and even though you are off after the NCL tours you are in a smaller group and you will enjoy this much more.

Loved the photos of the sunset.  There is so much to enjoy when cruising, the drinks, food and shows but it so good to be out in the middle of the ocean watching the sun go down.

I am onboard for the journey, bringing back great memories when I was on the Breakaway last August sailing around the Baltic’s.

That is exactly what we wish to do but somehow fell over this

On our cruise, they opened reservations for the groups on Sunday and we were in SPB On Wed and Thursday. We waited til Mon morning to reserve and ended up in group E and didn’t get to meet our guide until 10:30.

Purchase your excursion through NCL and you will be first off the ship.

Already purchased elsewhere for a much cheaper price and smaller group. I have no problems with NCL tours getting off first but want to try and get in the earliest group for the rest of us.

When do they actually open reservations for St Petersburg disembarkment. Want to at least try and get in A or B group.
