We were on the Divina in Nov 2015 with an 8 year old with no issues. They have a height measure where you get your wrist bands. I cant remember what the height requirements were, but 48" sound about right. They only went down it once since you had to push yourself through. Not a very well engineered slide.

I just booked the March 10 sailing on the Seaside. Fantastica Balcony 12263. 2 adult more for less and 2 children more for less complementary packages. I also booked directly by phone. Web site would not finish my reservation.

From what I have read on the forums (someone can keep me honest) if you get an upgrade you keep the experience that was booked.

Pete, Cabin 10044 on the Divina opened up so I now have a full plexiglass balcony. I can rest now. :)
-
Skier, thanks for your help on the cabin selection. Waiting patiently 10037 opened, up which has the half plexiglass. If no more open up I will be happy with that one. Think Expedia is tried of me calling. I have switched cabins 4 times but new ones keep opening up every couple of weeks.

Pete, I was looking at moving to cabin 10021 does that have a better balcony than 10015?
Thanks
Jeff

Bret,
Can you help me with cabin 10015? From my research it looks to be the last on with the steel bulkhead before they turn to plexiglass. Am I correct?
Thanks

This website is more than frustrating. Trying to register an account so I can look at beverage add on prices. First time MSC cruiser. Tried to contact them through Facebook and their response was just a bunch of empathy which really does not help my situation. No reason for the issue or any solution.

It seems that you are talking about UBP price (this thread is about the dining package - UDP).
UBP price when pre-purchased is $54/day plus (now 18%) gratuity and that totals to $446.04 per person for 7-night cruise.
My mistake, thank you for the clarification.

I noticed the price increase, too! Thankful I purchased the UDP for my 9 night cruise next month when it was still $149 pp. Now it's $175 pp!
Now I am really confused, my 7 day Eastern Caribbean in Nov is 446/person which includes 15% gratuity and applicable taxes. Do they change the package price based on destination or date? Thanks

Make sure you try the salad bar on the deck 8 buffet. It seemed to be much better. We found it our last sea day and were sad that we ate up on deck 16 for lunch and breakfast the whole cruise.
