I am planning a trip next summer to Norway. Cruise stops at both Flam and Geiranger.

in Geiranger planning to do a 3 hour tour that goes to multiple viewpoints. In flam, planning on doing the railway, but curious for people that have done Geiranger, if it’s also worth doing Stegastein.

There was self disembark and only 4 luggage tag groups for Rome.

 

We disembarked at 8am as we had an early flight home.

What were the 4 luggage tag groups? How does self disembark work and what time is it?

Do they have cabin announcements in the morning like a normal disembark given it's a inter-port cruise?

I am traveling on the Allure this October embarking and disembarking in Rome. My question is related to the disembark times for Rome. Generally when does disembarkation begin and are they done in shifts and when is the latest time to leave the ship? Also, how long does it generally take once you leave the ship to pick up luggage, etc.?

I am booking a car service and trying to decide the best time to book. 8 or 9:30 are the current options and as I'm in no rush leaning towards the 9:30.

Any advice and assistance is greatly appreciated,

Was there lobster tails in the main dining room during any of the formal nights? I've read on other places that they don't serve lobster during European cruises.
