Carnival Panaroma 7 Night Mexican Riviera Cruise Feb. 19-26, 2022 - Never been to the west coast so figured that would be a good backup plan

This is the email I received from Carnival. Tried to get as much of it as possible.

That doesn't sound good to me...

I also had problems logging in this evening as I finished paying off a cruise then suddenly couldn't access my account had my knickers in a knot. Glad this isn't a glitch on my end.
Just was able to sign in to my account, using Chrome at 10:25PM EST

Carnival's Brand Ambassador recently asked whether passengers like Anytime Dining or could live without it, sparking interest in whether Carnival is considering doing away with Anytime Dining. What is your opinion about that?
If Carnival does away with anytime dining, what will be the replacement, if known? We have anytime dining for our cruise as it makes dining flexible for us without the full commitment to dining at a preset time.

The Department of Homeland Security has a website posted above that gives you real time update of state compliance in regards to the Enhanced State IDs. You can toggle by state to find your state of residence and whether it is of compliance, under review, applied for and granted an extension through October 2018, or non compliant.

This is incorrect information Pennsylvania has been granted an extension until October, 2018.

Confirmed. Thank you for the corrected information.

Not necessarily true now for airports. Jan 22, 2018 some licenses will no longer be accepted for ID to fly even for a domestic flight. If your state is not compliant you will need a military ID or passport.

And those states are Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington (State, not DC). If you live in one of these states come January 22nd then you need a passport to fly domestic as well as international, according to TSA.
