Can anyone tell me how the thermal spa on the Horizon compares to the one on the Magic? Thanks
-
Last feb. we had a great tasting breakfast sandwich while on the Sunrise , but a couple of weeks ago they didnt have it on the Magic. Have they stopped this or is it only on certain ships? Thank you

Carnival charges about 10.00 for a 12 pack of water delivered to your room which in my opinion is worth it because it saves the hassel of having to lug canned drinks.

This is my DW favorite thing on the Magic. A must for her and at 20.00 a day a great deal. If you are looking for a relaxing place dont pass this up. She said its the best one on any of the ships she has been on.

We did that last week and it was a flat rate of 36.00 plus tip. For some reason they charged us 46.00 on return trip.

Has anyone had experiance taking a taxi from port to marigot market? Any information would be helpful. Thank you

Our Magic cruise Dec 4 had 3100 guest according to a couple of ship officers we ate lunch beside.
-
We were on the Magic on Dec 5th and that was a sea day. Grand Turk was replaced by Amber Cove on that sailing.

We were on the Magic Dec 4- 12 . Being it was our first post- covid cruise we decided to use Carnival transportation . After boarding the bus the rep came on board to welcome us and said "Company policy says you are required to wear a mask durring the ride to port, but we are not going to enforce this so if you want to remove your mask go ahead. Several people did so immediately and we wondered if all rules were out the window. Im happy to say that once at port and then onboard Carnival did a good job enforcing masking where required. We were impressed to see about 98% of the people we encountered wore mask according to ship guidelines. Regardless of how one feels its about following the rules that you have already agreed to and to respect others around you.

Can you tell me how that works. Do you need to schedule your day and time to use the thermal suite? or can you use/do what you wish? Is there a time limit?

Magic Thermal Suite and Thalassotherapy Pool 8 Day Pass for 159.00. Thanks

My DW is interested in a spa offer we received for a 8 day pass for the thermal suite pool. Has anyone done this ? Would like your opinions and thoughts. Thank you

One of my good friends and his wife both wore masks faithfully due to their jobs dealing with large volume of people and stayed covid free, until a visit from the grand kids. Both required hospital stays but survived. Makes me wonder how many other mask wearers caught it this way?

I keep forgetting some people are part of the me first society. All that matters is what they want and the heck with everything else. If the cruise lines start encountering problems when they start up again then it could spell the end of our cruises as well as the cruise lines . Cruise lines need to be very careful for the near future and if that means vaccines then so be it. If you want cruises to continue then get the vaccine or enjoy other things until things ease up. Too much on the line to be selfish now.

I agree that everyone has the right to chose rather or not to be vaccinated, but i for one would be very upset if my cruise was cut short if an unvaccinated person got sick on my cruise. By doing that they would be infringing on my rights.

With these new cruises cancelled Carnival has only a few ships left in service . This should make it much easier to find enough staff and crew to support the remaining ships. Maybe a good sign that they will be able to get things started again soon.
-
WE are also on this cruise and like you we just want to sail. Any restrictions at this point are acceptable to us because we believe it will be the first step in the right direction toward a future return to enjoyable cruising.

We never got an email or call from Carnival, just happened to check our account and there it was, with all the changes already made. Problem was we booked an ocean view but was given a much cheaper inside room under the Lido deck! I will say that after an hour going back and forth they finally gave us the type of room we paid for. Next problem to work on is our prepaid room items not showing up

We love these rooms and always try to get one. They can be a little noisy in arriving in port but we use it as an alarm clock to get going. Also easier to get on and off ship on port days, don't have to wait for elevators.

Has anyone seen any new Amex offers lately. We normally get one about this time of year. Thanks everyone

On Fantasy class, isn’t the approved process to meet inside, go over it, then walk up the stairs together to the muster station so you are familiar with the location?
I do not what the norm is i can only say what they had us do on this particular cruise. They must have had a reason but i cant say why.
-
- We have mustered inside twice . Splendor 2017 and Ecstacy 2018 .

Any thoughts on when or if Radiance will be ready to sail. We are booked Dec 5 and wondering if we should change plans. All her cruises have already been canceled thru start of Nov. Thanks

We also like the epic rock shows. The song selection on the Glory was much better than on other cruises. In our opinion this was the best of the shows that they did.
