My first post. Has anyone used https://www.shuttletoportcanaveral.com to shuttle from MCO to Port Canaveral? There are 4 adults and two children (1 and 4year olds) travelling in our party. Can anyone suggest an affordable and safe shuttle company?

I had a swiss army knife that I was allowed to bring on board at the beginning of the cruise (i use it to open baby food). One day after a port call we were getting back on the boat and they confiscated it. They gave me a paper (a hand written note pretty much) to collect it at the end of the cruise. I wasn't able to pick it up at the end because they moved us through the line to disembark even though i kept asking for the lost and found. Anyways, I called them back after we got home and they essentially lost my item. After much back and forth they re-imbursed me. This was Freedom of the Seas in 2014. So not a very good experience with lost and found items.
