We have a group of about 40 people going on the Enchantment OTS in August. We'd like to have a cocktail party for a couple of hours and pay for our guests' alcoholic beverages and order appetizers.
We're trying to figure out the most cost effective way to do this since many (half) in our group are non-drinkers. It wouldn't be to our advantage to pay per person/per hour charges because we'd have to include everyone - even the non drinkers.
If you've had a similar situation please let me know how you handled it. I'm also curious to know how much a cocktail or drink would cost (of premium brand) aboard the ship.

We are sailing on Enchantment OTS in August, and need to find shade in CocoCay. We are a group of 40 people. Nobody seems to have any accurate information about what is available and what it includes... Also how much do they cost?

We're going to Cocoa Cay in August 2018. Need to find shade! There are a lot of threads about clamshells, cabanas, beach beds. I'm very confused... If anyone has been there lately could you tell me what exactly is available, and if you know the price and what's included that would be great!
I'm also wondering how much drink prices are on the floating bar. Pina Coladas? WIne? Beer?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm organizing a post wedding reception/cocktail party aboard the Enchantment of the Seas in August. This means we will already be married and the party will be kind of a reenactment of the ceremony and vows. I'm trying to decide which lounge would be best on the ship and how to go about paying for the drinks for our 60 guests - more than half of whom do not drink alcohol- There is an option to pay per hour/per guest charges for unlimited bar service, but it seems to be this would be overkill since we will be paying for many people who don't drink.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle it?
TIA
