Before our cruise we are staying at the Margaritaville beach resort for a few days in PLAYA FLAMINGO. Does anyone know what the best way to transfer to the ship. Should we rent a car, find a shuttle or a bus? Any help would be great, thank you all

My wife and I will be taking the Costa Rica cruise in Jan '24. It will be our 4th Star Clipper cruise so far ( Amalfi coast, Leeward Island & Windward Islands). We will be celebrating out 30th anniversary and my 60th birthday. So we are pretty excited. 

We have the ins and outs down about life aboard the ship. If anyone has any insight on possible excursions , restaurants, bars or exciting places to see when on land, please share.

Anyone know if they do a pirate night aboard where we all dress up in costumes ?

I would like to start a discussion about the upcoming sailing from out of Rome on September 8th.

We will be sailing aboard the Royal Clipper out of Rome in September. This will be our 2nd Star Clipper trip. Our first trip was aboard the Star Clipper in the Leeward Islands a few years ago.

Does anyone have tips about the ports of call for this trip?

Hello all. My wife and I are going to sail the Med next September aboard the Royal Clipper. We need some advice on what hotel to stay at before and after our cruise. We plan to stay another week or so after the cruise. The Star Clipper company offers the Hotel Mediterranean and the Hotel Sole Al Pantheon as choices. Does anyone have any personal experience with these two hotels?
