I am in need of an email address for someone in Scenic management. If anyone has used one recently that received a response, can you please share it. Thanks so much!

I am not expecting a full refund, but I'm not sure it's fair that they keep a very large sum of money for over 2 years.  Our cruise was in July, so the cruise needed to be paid in full by April I believe.  We were sending payments along the way, so we wouldn't need a very big sum of money in April.  So, we probably paid for more than 1/2 of the total. I guess we'll wait and see.  

We received information from Scenic regarding our July 2020 river cruise that included Oberammergua.  We can move our current booking to a comparable 2022 river cruise at the 2020 pricing.  We are very happy about this information.  But, we are hoping they will refund the money we paid toward our balance and keep only our deposit money.  We have written them an email regarding this and hope we receive a positive response.  We would prefer keeping that money in our own accounts to save for the cruise in 2022.

We are booked on a Scenic River cruise scheduled to depart in July with the Oberammergua plsy as part of it.  We hope to reschedule the same cruise in 2022.  I've sent an email asking for clarification regarding this from Scenic, but have not received an answer as of today.

This excursion was amazing!  The food was good, drinks plentiful, but the entertainment was amazing!  It was a super fun night!!

Good morning. I've been reading several boards and reviews about appropriate dress on excursions off the boat. For those who have taken this cruise or anyone who could offer information about excursion dress for this particular cruise, are there any stops where women will not be allowed to wear shorts or sleeveless tops? It appears the weather will be very warm and I'd like to dress in a comfortable manner. But, I also don't want to be unable to participate in any part of the excursions. The bottom line is to prevent myself from over packing. Thanks so much for your help.

We are also going on an Avalon cruise in less than a month. We prepaid our gratuities when we booked our trip.
