Is there any limit to how many pillows we could have delivered to our state room? I am a pillow hog and tend to use at least 4 for myself...

The breeze is more expensive because of the appeal of Port Canaveral being so close to Disney and Universal I was looking at both for next summer and I have unofficially decided on the 8 day eastern on Magic

You are correct. However anytime I was on the port side of serenity I never saw any kids in that camp ocean area. It didn’t seem like they used the outside play area all that much

If it’s really that big of a problem to you just stay on the starboard side

With the other 2 destiny class ships being “sunshined/sunrised” do you see Carnival doing the same to victory years down the road? I know they just got the full 2.0 upgrades this year, but maybe in a few years?

Both liberty and victory have same amenities, liberty is just bigger

I would go by which is cheaper/ easier to get to for you

I think 250 is a lot to upgrade to an ocean view, for the amount of time I know I spend personally in my room, but everyone is different! That $250 can be used towards cheers or drinks onboard, signature dining, or excursions (again, that’s how I look at it)

Carnival wise I have only been on the Victory (NYE this year,her last cruise before her dry dock) and the Glory in June I enjoyed both. I’m debating between the Magic and Conquest for next summer, I like the Conquest class size but I also want to try something new

Looking at cruises for next summer, why are cruises out of PC more expensive than Port Everglades? I can do an 8 day cruise on the Magic out of PE for cheaper than a 7 day on the Breeze (both eastern Caribbean)

At Port of Miami I had 2 bottles in my bag, they didn’t take them out and look at them or anything, guess it depends on the port / how closely they check

I’m looking at different itineraries for my next cruise, the only western ports I have been to are Cozumel & Key West. All 7 night cruises seem to include Jamaica and I know it gets a bad rap. When I was a kid and cruised with my family my dad was adamant we never went there, is it really as bad as people say it is?

So is the aft pool open to everyone? I loved on my Victory and glory cruises that it was adults only!

I agree about the comedy shows being only 30 minutes, I wish they were longer! I also wish that they had the 2 adult shows back to back instead of a weird hour/ hour and a half gap in between (that’s how it has been for us anyways)

About the closed toe shoe thing, earlier this month when I was there I had flip flops (with a strap around my ankle, definitely flip flops though so open toed) and I was able to ride it no problem

If you want to ride more than once, you will keep your equipment with you so you don’t have to keep going back to get new stuff

Not sure what you have, but normally free upgrade refers to a higher floor within your category---like paying for a 4th floor interior rate and they give you a 6th floor interior as the room upgrade.

 

 

 

The booking upgrades usually don't change the type of room you are paying for/getting.
