I thought this group might enjoy this photo from Bar Harbor this morning of the Insignia. My family member who took this isn't currently cruising, however, they knew I love all things cruise related and shared this image with me. 

Our last cruise was our first inside cabin and we loved it! Slept so good! We found we spent less time in the cabin and more time enjoying the ship. We just booked our next cruise and are going inside on it as well. We have battery operated candles we put in the bathroom for nighttime use. However, after the first two nights we didn't even use them. 

I had to come check this thread out because "Magic Gym Pictures" totally cracks me up. I'm thinking maybe they are pictures taken in the gym that make everyone look 10 pounds lighter :)

Love this. But how will you entertain your kids while you need them to be quiet and behave? ;);p

They may have to *GASP* entertain themselves!

How cool to see the Carnival Capers! I think it is so fun to see the fashion from years past in pictures.

With the exception of the digital camera, we are all going tech free on our cruise. My boys are 16 and 10. I just can't wait to have time with everyone unplugged!

We will be in 11276 and 11278 on the Breeze in three weeks. I appreciate at the commenters on here as we were a little nervous about having a cabin on deck 11 as well.

We are about to go on our second Carnival cruise. Our first was January 2006 on the Inspiration. I thought it would be fun to see pictures from people's first cruises. Here are a few from ours.

Are the outlets on the Breeze two prong or three prong outlets? I just want to make sure the cord we get for my husband's CPAP will work.

Do you mean like the leave in the middle of the excursion and go back to the boat or when your excursion is over can you get back on whenever? If it is the second then yes you can get back on whenever you would like before sail away time. You can even get on and get off again and then get back on if you want.

Our cruise that is May 21st has gone up in price for our cabins by almost $500.

What cabin were you in? Do you have the Fun Times you could upload for us to see?

Dillons/Kroger stores have a digital coupon right now where you get 4X the fuel points with a gift card purchase. It is good until April 18.

This review makes me even more excited for our upcoming cruise!!

We wanted connecting balconies and we were told by our PVP that rooms that do not connect have balconies that do. So we are taking up one cabin that is connecting without booking the other one.

Steven Schwartz for us in the Breeze in May. Anyone know how he is??

I believe it is too early. They haven't announced April movies yet I don't believe.

When you get on the ship, go to guest services with all people that are looking to switch. Ask them and they will reprint the cards for you there. The ship does not care which room people in your group stay in.

 

If you want access to both rooms, you can get a card to let you in the other door as well ( that has no charging privileges).

Okay there are five of us cruising on the Breeze in May. We have two cabins that have us listed on the reservation as:

Cabin 1 - My mom and myself

Cabin 2 - My husband and two sons

We did it this way after talking to our PVP since my husband and I have both cruised Carnival before and this puts a past cruiser in each cabin. However, we would like my oldest son to sleep in cabin 1 and I would like to sleep in cabin 2. Is it possible when we get there to change things so my S&S is for cabin 2 and my sons is for cabin 1 so we can get into the cabins we are actually staying in? Does any of this actually make sense?

Nevermind...just heard back on mine. Not a valid price match.

I was curious about our upcoming cruise after reading this post. I geek out a bit over numbers. We sail in 72 days and currently, there are 216 cabins for sale on Carnival's website for this cruise. That means they only have to sell 3 a day to sell out the boat. I am 99% certain it will be sold out by the time we set sail.

We are in two cabins this cruise and it is my mom and children's first cruise. I was thinking of ordering something from the Fun Shop online to have delivered to her cabin. We are continually checking with our PVP to make sure there isn't a better cabin that comes available for us over the next few months. My question is if I order from the Fun Shop online say today and our cabin number changes before we board will the gift follow us or is tied to the cabin number?

What do you take on your cruise to solve the one outlet issue in your cabin? My husband uses a CPAP and I want to make sure we have enough outlet space to charge the camera battery and our phones as well as run the CPAP. From reading on the Carnival site I see it can't have a surge protector as part of the strip.
