I booked a cruise intending to go solo, however Costa would not sell the cabin as solo (even if I paid double).
I had to book via my agent for two people, the agent made-up a second passenger (all their idea to get me on the cruise). The idea being once I’m onboard I simply say my companion became ill.
Drink Package: will they charge me for two even though there is only 1 person in the cabin? Or bill me for two as that is how I booked? My agent told me to purchase once onboard as buying in advance I’d have to buy two.
