  1. No. No email, snail mail, nothing. Just got back from a cruise and was very pleasantly surprised to find a letter in my stateroom that I received PRIME tier. Mind you I only cruised January 2018 but earned 3600 points. So I was happy. But I really don’t think they decide til they look at your recent playing history in past 21 months to decide.

  2. So my husband has been ill for the last 5 years and is now at a point where I can at least cruise with him. So we started in January 2018. I earned 3600 points and we have 4 more RC cruises booked through January 2019. So according to this info on this next cruise in May, I would start at -0-? I am quite upset at that. I would at least expect free drinks.

  3. Oh sorry (and thanks). I think you are referring to the cruise certificates that a person gets while onboard.

     

    My impression was that several people had recently received additional, over and above email offers. If this later assumption is the case, I'd love to know about those cruises. Are they still the 3-4 day cruises?

    Yes about March 16 I got an email saying I got a free cruise using h18q34push3 as the code. It didn’t list any cruises so I called and booked one that fit our needs. I have heard others got an email with specific cruises

  4. So that is the same info I have been told. At first it was thru 3/31 and now not. 12/31/17 is the reported cutoff for the new year meaning 1/1/18 and on points go towards 2019 tier level!! Very upset as I also have points in that window. Don’t want to start at 0 on 4/1/18 cuz we didn’t cruise for years! Now have 4 scheduled! 3 in 2018 and 1 in January 2019. I got a survey email for my call to club royale and I typed a very lengthy reply. My suggestion is for anyone who gets a survey to be honest and type out your concerns!!!!!
