What are they called in the US I know milky way is "Three musketeers

Mars Bars in the US are Snickers Almond. Milky Way is similar to Three Musketeers but not exactly the same. The European versions are sold in some stores here in the US, along with Maltesers (yum). My husband worked for Mars for 20 years so I know way to much about them 😂

Wooo Whooooo!!!!!   DING  DING  DING !!!!!   We have a winner.

I do have a Bev Srv Charge of $138.60 for the first 2 guests.  I think I now finally believe that I have paid everything (other than additional tips as we see fit) for our cruise.

    Thank you very much. 😁

If you already prepaid your daily service charge for everyone in the cabin then yep you’re good to go for everything except maybe a little tax on drinks when in port and any other on board charges you make.

  3. It’s easy.  Look at your confirmation. If you see Bev Srv Charge under booking components you were charged for it. If you don’t you didn’t have to pay them.   The service charge for all free perks, if required, is shown in your booking total when booking and is part of what has to be paid in full before cruising.  The only exception is the daily service charge for the cruise which you have the option of paying in advance through your account or having it added to your on board account to pay at the end.

  4. Here’s the new link from NCL’s page on what’s included in the PPBP

    https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/premium-plus-beverage-package.pdf

Pricing is difference between $99/pp pd and $128 plus 20% gratuity = $34.80/pp per day—$69.60 per couple.  I think we paid $59 for a bottle of Oberon on the Bliss last year. Only decent Cab on the list is Simi so all depends on how many bottles you drink with dinner every night.

  5. Our daughter and her boyfriend just stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres outside of Cancun. It’s an adult only resort, and they said it was wonderful.  They said they were waited on hand and foot all week, the food was really good and they loved their room with its own wading pool on the second story. If you’re looking for a lot of nightlife you won’t find it though.  They do have some sort of entertainment every evening but no nightclub open all night.

What do you mean "checked once onboard"?

If you've left a partially open bottle at a restaurant, then just ask at the next restaurant for your stored bottle.

Or take the open bottle with you, to drink in your cabin/suite.

If they are bottles that you've needed to check at ports, so you don't get charged the corkage fee, then I think you'll get those back the last night.

Or.... what is it you are asking?

    GC

The wine you are allowed to bring on board that you must check and pay the corkage fee on as you embark. How do you get them once onboard.

  7. So you’re basically saying nothing has change in South American countries since at least 1983. That was when as a 20 year old I took my first cruise and one of the stops was Caracas, Venezuela. Every street corner had armed police in full riot gear with automatic weapons. I also spent time in Europe as a military member in the 80’s when bombings were frequent. As others have said. Do your research, know the situation and make good choices. Unfortunately in this day and age anything can happen to you anywhere in any country.

  8. Cruise Next Certificates CAN NOT be used for currently booked cruises.

No necessary true, I just purchased two on my 8/4 cruise and had them applied to a 1/20 cruise that has been booked for months. That being said, what will most likely make it a no it that it is not 6 months before the next cruise.

  9. I just scanned my dailies from last week

It appears signup is on Day 1 in the box office from 4-5:30

    I saw four sessions:

    Day 2 - 10a Tulips

    Day 4 - 2p Country Landscape

    Day 6 - 10a Whale Tail

    Day 7 - 10a Northern Lights

  10. Just off of the Bliss, I’m afraid I can’t comment on the Manhattan room as we only ate in Taste and Savor. There were people in shorts but no one that I saw wore beach casual shorts they were more dress type shorts. The service in both were great and they were nice and quiet.

  11. Hi my name is Cathy and I too am a compulsive prepper.... [emoji16]. (This feels like a support group). I’ve done the spreadsheets, envelopes, lists, etc., etc. I use the OneNote app on my IPad with tabs for each area such as budget, itineraries, packing lists, excursions, etc. with my spreadsheets imbedded right on the tab for easy one stop reference. We just returned from an Alaskan Cruise on the Bliss and it was great to have everything planned beforehand so that I could just relax and enjoy. Something I did this trip as well was to plan outfits for each stop by day and night based on where we were going and what we had planned. I laid them all out including shoes and accessories and snapped pictures. Then using a bulletin board App I did two collages one for day looks and one for evening looks. Then snapped a screenshot of each. I could quickly refer to the pictures and grab out exactly what I needed for the day. I still packed a ton of things but mainly because of needing layers since the weather was quite cool compared to our upper 90 days this time of year in AL. I came home with maybe two items that were still clean and I believe those were a couple of extra short sleeved tops in case the weather was warmer than expected.

  12. No it does not. When I click on vacation summary within My NCL there is a greyed out (un-clickable) download docs link

Hmmm Not sure what else to tell you to do. I also had a message with a link in my little message envelope that I didn’t get a notification for. Love all the glitches on their website [emoji19]

  13. I just did a dummy booking for a mini suite that had the take 4 promo. When it got to the screen to choose the promo it gave me the option to take the take 4 OR the free at sea promo which allowed you not to choose the beverage package. The base price for both options were exactly the same.
