Wow, i only have 6 things... and the sign the voyage well form

Ah okay, weird! The last step is to "step aboard" so my guess is that its a glitch! Our travel agent spoke with them today and they confirmed that the app is glitching with not providing boarding times, so we don't have one yet and are to just arrive around 12-1 pm at port.

Also, for anyone wondering, they confirmed that testing WILL be available at the port.

Check in time is at the very top above the other check in area. I think that was the very first thing I did prior to any of the other stuff.

I don't see it on my app interface. Am I missing something or is it just not available to me? I did just book today so I'm wondering if it's because I'm booking so late?

My insurance my travel agent got me through Allinanz specifically says it covers covid... Up to $500,000 transportation costs!!!

Oh really?? Which plan specifically? I've been looking at this one but my travel agent said it didn't cover COVID, but maybe she only was showing me the affordable options?

I just got insurance from Chubb $91 for both of us 30 year olds. Worth $90 to not lose $2k+

Does this cover cancellation due to COVID though (their website is saying no, but maybe you got a specific plan)? I've been struggling to find affordable (or any, honestly) travel insurance that covers us if we had to cancel due to COVID.

The website still says its at the port courtesy of Virgin.  https://www.virginvoyages.com/voyage-well#Caribbean-Sailings has it under health and wellness to dos as item 2, and again under embarkation prep item 5.  But if your travel agent says otherwise, now I'm worried.  (we booked direct so no agent to  keep us informed.)

Ah okay--I knew I had seen it somewhere on the website!

And my travel agent did mention that it's been changing a lot and that she will update us closer to. I really hope they continue to offer testing right at the port as that would obviously be most convenient!

  6. I'm definitely curious about the testing too! I swore on their website just a few days ago, it said testing would be happening at the port curtesy of Virgin Voyages. But now that is gone and my travel agent is saying we will have to do our own 48 hours before? Please let us know how this goes!

Also, I have heard rumors of hidden bars and would love to know if this is true, or if I'm going to waste the entire week trying to find one! Haha

  7. I loved The Woman in Cabin 10!

I would also recommend "Murder, She Wrote--Murder on the QE2" if you like murder/mystery books. It's the book series based on the show "Murder, She Wrote" and I find them to be really fun mystery reads! This one takes place on an ocean liner. :)

  8. Question: I booked my cruise through Expedia which included prepaid gratuities. Will I now have to pay extra? I assume they haven't actually paid NCL for the gratuities yet considering I've only paid the deposit. When I created an account with NCL with my reservation, it doesn't show I have prepaid gratuities. Does anyone have experience with this?
