  1. I was on the ship last week. We hit bad Traffic going to the port so didn't arrive at the port till 1:15 pm for our 1 pm check-in. It took 45 minutes to drop off luggage and park. We were on the ship by 2:45 pm.

We were in zone 3 for disembarkation. We should have self disembarked because that started around 10:30 am. We didn't get off the ship till 12:15 pm and there were a tons of suitcases still there when we left. It was a great week though!

  2. We got off the ship this morning. (Or I should say this afternoon.) we didn't arrive in port until 10 am. We had a long leisurely breakfast in the dining room. Self disembarkation began around 10:30 am. We were in zone 3 and didn't get called till 11:45 am. We were out to our car around 12:15 pm.

  3. We are cruising in March 2017 on the Pride out of Baltimore. We have three staterooms of people traveling by van to the port so I wanted to make sure we all got the same check-in window.

We have all made final payment and there was nowhere to reserve a check-in time. I was told by Carnival two conflicting stories:

    1. We would get an email telling us to pick a time.

    2. Sometimes, they don't have staggered check-in and we should just show up between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm. (This is what the web-site says as well.)

Anyone have any insight as to which story is correct?

    Thank you for your help.
