  1. Cruising on April 18, 2017 but no record of our cruise on Regent's web site. An suggestions Please.

    To clarify, the cruise was paid in full in January 2017, for three adults. I completed the booking for two and was waiting for the third person's passport to arrive to complete their reservation. It arrived and I went to the website, entered my password and clicked on booked cruises and no record.

     

    I will call regent Monday.

  2. I cruised four times with Regent. Your cost includes Airfare, transfers from airport to ship and return, shore excursions, tips, no charge dining in all restaurants, ALL beverages and they will deliver two bottles of liquor to your stateroom and free refills as requested.

  3. Welcome to the Regent board. You will receive many replies, both pro and con. I have cruised with Regent since 2009 and will begin my fifth cruise next week.

    I want to stress that you book through a travel agent who has knowledge about premimum cruises.

     

    Others will offer more suggestions. good luck.
