I think the pub name is the Copper and Kettle, but I have not been on it yet and you have.
You know what... You're right!
I looked at the wrong thing! Thanks!

Do try the Ultimate Abyss, but be warned that you have to wear long legs, no shorts allowed. We did it as soon as we boarded, well almost.
I disagree here... I have always worn short's on Harmony and Symphony and I am always able to ride down the Abyss with no issues. My wife and I use it as an "Elevator" if we need the Boardwalk! haha

Noooooo harmony it is then !!!
Looking at the Royal Carribean Blog, Harmony is also a No-Go on the Chef's Table...

What is Plant Z (item #4)?
It is the Lazer Tag course set-up in Studio B (Deck 4)
Well worth it!

We sail 10/14.....anyone have dinner at the Solarium Bistro? What shows require reservations?
From my understanding.. Show's don't "Require" reservations, but are HIGHLY recommended!
- Aqua Theater Shows
- Hairspray / Headliner/Hector is Magic (if still on board)
- Comedy Show's
- Aqua Theater Shows

Did you go there for lunch or dinner? And may I ask what items you had that you loved? TIA
We did the dinner, loved the casual atmosphere, the view was great, our server (Richard) was awesome. They start you off with Cheddar bay Biscuit's (loved) and we ordered Calamari (loved, best I've had) and I ordered the Captain's Platter (loved and worth it!)
I have posted picture's of the food and a menu. CLICK HERE to see the menu!

Does anyone know if Symphony of the seas has a chef's table
They do not have Chef's Table on board.
-
do they have more than one show time if you have a late seating in the dining room?
Yes they do, but in my experience I find it more beneficial to do MTD.
-
Thanks for the info. Do you recall any dining packages being offered?
They did offer BOGO dining packages, however my wife and I did not take advantage of them. We did book Jamie's (okay) Izumi (Very good as usual) and the new Hooked Seafood (LOVE IT!!)

These might be outdated now since she has added shows and entertainment since the maiden voyage, but you can look at these:
https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2625606
My personal Tips:
- Quick and easy lunch? Head to deck 8 for Park Cafe, great food and not as busy as Windjammer
- Wear a bathing suit on board... Flowrider is open and you can ride it with a short line.
- Get to the port early.... Although it is very efficient to get on the ship, (pier staff is fantastic) that counts as Day 1, so make the most of it.
- Plant Z... Great experience for Adults and kids.. But it can have a 2 hour line, I did it the first day with no wait. Just make sure that you have closed toed shoes.
- Drink Package? Worth it in my opinion... I drink a lot of Tito's and Cranberry + Crown Royal so it payed for itself. I have also found if you ask for receipt (if you have a drink package) I get better bar service because I add an extra tip!
- Enjoy your cruise... Don't stress because you won't enjoy it.
- I brought Euros to spend onshore, but found most places preferred credit cards, i have the RCCL CC and I avoided Foreign Transaction fees.
- She is a big ship with a lot to see and do... Make sure to leave yourself time to explore! I love getting up early (before the crowds) and roam the ship or pulling into a port with a cup of coffee.
- Book your shows... That is a must! I always do the comedy show!
- Have fun and take a lot of pictures!

I would use Air2Sea only for INTL flights, not domestic as I can do better booking flights on my own, now for 1 way flights I have done far better then booking through the airlines.
I agree... I used Air2Sea when I flew to Barcelona, and it was a fantastic experience. Not to mention it was cheaper to use A2S than Expedia (for example)
Once I landed, they made the transfer really quick and painless... Flight landed @ 9:30 and I was on-board @ 11:30.

What time is the show hairspray on? I’m booked on symphony and it’s our first cruise. We’re booked on the late sitting in traditional dining and really want to do all the shows with the kids.
I hope these help you if you haven't seen them yet.

Just book a 3 day cruise before your next cruise then you will be good! :p
Also, it may take up to 10 days after the completed cruise for your new C&A level to reflect on your account.

I just did MTD on Symphony, and although we were not sat with strangers, we were close enough to have a conversation. I would recommend MTD, as mentioned before, you can make a reservation if you are a planning kinda of person.
-
Re-reading it, i'm guessing it is a showing of the film on the formal night in the theatre. That makes sense!
You are correct on this!
-
I have not heard of Quest being canceled? I know they do not have the show during European Itineraries
-
Currently Symphony is not Duty free... At the end of the cruise you can claim the Tax on a VAT form, but you won't get it all back.
-
If you have the option to use it.. I would recommend it! I used it at the Miami Airport and Port Everglades with 100% success.

I have posted the Cruise Compass from the Maiden Voyage, hope these might answer some questions!
-
Does she still have Rita's? Any changes to Diamon d or concierge lounges?
According to the most recent Deck Plans, Rita's is still available.
-
Personally a huge fan of the new Hooked Seafoood. Loved the menu, service, atmosphere and view.
We also booked Jamie's... It was Okay...
I have also booked Izumi multiple time as well.

The one in the Opal on the last night is supposed to be family friendly.
This is true... That is how they had it on Symphony. Never bothered going to that show. The also had the "Late Night" Comedy in the Attic.

There is a FANTASTIC restaurant at the port called Grills where you can watch Cruise Ships sail away. Great food too!
