Thanks for your reply.
Any thing we should take especially for a Caribbean Cruise?
Have been on a Baltic one, but thinking the Caribbean could be much different.
Snorkel etc.
TIA.

Hi, first Caribbean Marella cruise in 2020, do I need any jabs for this?
Thanks, Mike.

Hi, considering a river cruise, but concerned about radiation from the close proximity to the vessels radar,
worked with ships radars for years and looks hazardous to me.
Welcome any informed comments.

The solution given on here, was to ask for an ice bucket (which was filled twice a day) place ice in sealed zip food bags and placed in a cooler bag, or boost the fridge in your case.

First Cruise imminent, Baltic all inclusive, getting anxious now.
Starting to sort packing.
Any tips for clothing, chattels, regrets and wishes.
TIA, Mike.

I think after all the advice, I have come up with a 'cunning plan', to take some leak proof zip up food bags, a cooler bag and fill the food bags with ice from an ice bucket.
Being a beer drinker, hadn't thought of that, hope the ice is plentiful.
Thanks to all, this first cruise is a bit daunting for me, at least it,s all inclusive!

Thanks for your replies.
Fridge only takes 40W, = small lamp and can go in a case or haversack.

Hi, have discovered our balcony cabin does not have a fridge.
Deluxe balconies do, so assume it would be desirable to have one.
I have a small portable electric cooler box I would like to take.
Can you experienced cruisers see any problem this.
The only problems I can see are being stopped from taking it on board.
The cabin sockets turning off when vacating the cabin,
which I understand can be defeated by a spare or dummy card left in.
Would welcome any experience of this and your views on it.
TIA, Mike.

Thank you jocap for your message, we are leaving from Newcastle. We have booked a standard balcony cabin, but can't seem to see if it has a fridge, have emailed Tui and considering taking a mini fridge if not. Its all inclusive so regular beer and wine is included but not bottled water. Have been an independent traveler before so new experience for me.Thanks again for your information.

Hi, my partner has booked our first cruise, I'm a bit apprehensive about being cooped up for 2 weeks with thousands of folk and queues etc.
We have selected a balcony cabin, been reading lots of reviews but can't find out if it has a fridge and not sure what can be taken on board, water etc, understand it's chargeable on board, not keen on tank water.
Hope someone can reassure me.

Thanks, got snorkle, have some Euros and will take American dollars. Anything else dress wise or technical, assume there's free Wi-Fi ashore.
