Just an update... just heard from Tabitha with Celebrity and they agreed our experience did not meet their expectations and apologized on behalf of the company. They offered full refund to card of my choice. I had them apply as onboard credit for our January cruise and she was thrilled to do that. I appreciated the response and that they truly appreciated the full detail of our experience.

I’m sorry it was so long. I typed in word and cut and pasted. Didn’t realize the spacing wouldn’t carry over:confused: We looked for an email for HQ and had a hard time finding one. I sent to the only one I found and copied the survey email as well
