Once you are on the cruise, they want 48-hour notice to cancel. Sometimes they will let that slide if there are folks on the waitlist.
48 hours from date of sail or date of excursion?

Our cruise is 3 days out and we have an 80% chance of rain in both Key West and Cozumel. Has anyone felt with this and what does RC do with excursions that are already purchased?
PS - I understand weatherman are wrong a lot and this could change.

How do they arrange getting off the ship at port? I imagine it's not a free for all.

It looks like the ship we are on is going to be getting off on the outer mole dock. Does anyone have any experience with this pier? I looks like we cannot walk from the pier to Duval because it's a Navy Base.

Hoping I can find some help here. RCL is not very good with answering a question on the phone. We have a large group coming with us and there are 2 kids, for the most part the kids will be with us but we want to do the comedy show and its only 1 night. I see where they charge for watching the kids past a certain time but can we set it up for them to come to the room? Any help would be great. Thank you

We are traveling with our 2 daughters 5 and 6 months. Has anyone used the child care on the ship that can give some reviews. Thank you
