What are water socks I heard of water shoes . Where would I get water socks at ?

I got them on Amazon. I love them they are much better than water shoes. They dry quickly and very little sand if any gets in. We even wore them off the ship in Nassau when we went to Atlantis and are comfortable to walk in. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07PHTPTRG?aaxitk=OYfeiimxFy7QixQE7rvd2w&pd_rd_i=B07PHTPTRG&pf_rd_p=cf7302b1-b7d2-4ce3-851b-40f21d43fb7e&hsa_cr_id=4489382800101&sb-ci-n=productDescription&sb-ci-v=MET520 Men Women Water Shoes Quick-Dry Aqua Socks Barefoot Slip-on for Sport Beach Swim Surf Yoga Exercise&sb-ci-a=B07PHTPTRG

Water socks had not occurred to me but pavement gets very hot.  Is most of the surface around Oasis pool and Waterpark area the slip resistent surface that doesn't get super hot (if you happen to know).

The area around the pool is concrete. People didn't have a problem walking barefoot but then again it was late March and it was hot but not hot hot. If you are going in the summer the sand gets very hot. The lounges without umbrellas are on the concrete area and lounges with umbrellas are in the sand. The water park was not open but all the pathways are concrete.

  3. I will be quicker if you took the ferry to St George. The caves are maybe a 10-15 minute bus ride from there. Also, you can do some sightseeing in St George. There was a lady on the ferry offering a walking for around $10. The buses you will take are the #'s 8, 10 & 11 puts you right on front of the of the property but is about a 3 min walk to the visitors center. FYI across the street from where you get off the bus is The Swizzle Inn which is another popular tourist spot. And there is Tom Moore's Tavern is within walking distance of Crystal Caves. To get back to the ship you can either go back to St. George or hop on the bus the same place you got off and go into Hamilton and take the ferry back to the ship. By doing this you can see different parts of the island along to way.

  4. The City of Miami offers free trolley services from the port to downtown and beyond. At the entrance to the port there is Bayside Marketplace a popular tourist destination. You also have the Miami Children's Museum and Jungle Island. You can see it from the ship it is on the other side so you will have to take an Uber. I don't know if the South Beach trolley makes stops there.... I don't see why not. You can take a ride over to South Beach if you want. There is the Miami Seaquarium you can get there by bus in about 20 mins. The Perez Museum is accessable by trolley. Also Winwood the trendy art deco district, I recommend a visit here, reachable by trolley. Then there is One Brickell City Center the trolly goes to the Brickell metro station and it is a few blocks from there. They also have kiosks to rent bike around the city
