Thank you for your quick response. We were upgraded to an Owner’s Suite when the ship switched from Harmony to Wonder (blessed).
We are beyond thrilled to experience this vacation of a lifetime!

We are a family of three sailing on the Wonder. This is our first time with the UDP. We have a 10:30 check-in time during the peak spring break season. We have suite concierge services. Will the suite concierge be in the suite lounge early on embarkation day? Or should we get in line at a specialty restaurant to book our dining reservations for the week? Just a bit nervous, because I usually have everything booked before we even get on the ship.

Unfortunately, according to a passenger currently on the ship, the captain announced a propulsion issue. The book of face (if you get my drift) has his comments, including a video from the aft, showing the potential problem.

I'm a little over 50 days away from my Escape cruise (11/20). We're staying in the Haven and I haven't received an email or letter from the Concierge. Should I be concerned the cruise will get canceled. Or are other cruisers experiencing delays in communications? Have any November 2021 Escape Haven guests received their welcome letter? Thanks - safe sailing to all!

Thank you Teeara, I will definitely head to Izumi or the Suite Lounge to confirm my requests. That's horrible that they didn't honor/complete your requests.
