  1. We will be sailing on the Legend in a month in a three-person stateroom - the couch converts to a bed.  What can we expect in regard to servicicing of the room / turn down service? Will the sofa be made into a bed the whole trip or will the room attendant make the sofa into a bed in the evening and back to a sofa in the morning?

Last year I took advantage of a Carnival promotion and bought CruiseCash for our November 2020 cruise.  We are now scheduled for November 2021 with the same itinerary and confirmation number.  I called Carnival to confirm that the CruiseCash was there, and the customer service person was not able to see my balance, telling me I should just wait until I get to the ship to check.  I would prefer to take care of this before boarding, so I don't have to do this while I am on vacation.  

     

    Does anyone have any tips on how / where to look to confirm that my CruiseCash is still on my reservation ahead of my trip?  I called into the 800-764-7419 number -- is there a better number or specific department I should ask to speak with?
