There are actually two versions of the Behind the Fun Tour now available for purchase online. One is an "accessible" one for $50 PP (must complete an attestation stating the person has mobility/accessibility restrictions) and the other is the "ultimate" Behind the Fun Tour for &130 PP.
For our Celebration Cruise April it’s 150.00$ PP.
almost a 4 hour tour
when I booked for 4 people I saw it still had more than 10 tickets available. Not sure how many people per group and there’s two different time slots

After reading the replies and discussing the options with MIL.
We will bring 2 maybe 3 bottles of wine for her to enjoy on her Balcony and our suite.
It will last 3 days max.....😉
She will bring US cash to Get some "Carnival Monopoly money" for her sail and sign account.
I showed her the room Service list of bottles she say will pay for a bottle of “Mousse”.
As long as she’s happy, I’m fine with that.
Her friend The “Gambler” 🤑 will do the same by bringing some US cash and go to the Casino to have it applied to Sail and Sign card.
The Gambler is pretty insistant that she will not be buy and kind of drinks. 😅
So I got her a little gift for her room, 12 pack of bottled water. 😇
Thank you Cruisers for your advices.

Hello Cruisers,
Been on cruise critic since my very first cruise Carnival Liberty.
We have an up coming Cruise in April of 2024.
At first it was just for the Two of us.
DW and I book a suite back in January 2023. An 8 days cruise Western Caribbean.
Beginning of October of this year Mother In-law wanted to Tag along.
Words got out, Mother In-law good Friend wanted to join.
So we booked them a Balcony cabin one floor up and on cabin back from our Suite.
Now the Question, Friend does not drink and does not what the cheers package.
I had to find a solution for the Mother in-law. (Knowing her after 30+ Years)
After researching and calculating on the amount of glasses she will actually drink.
She will be doing around 80,00$ per day base on the drink cost at the time of this post.
Might be more expensive in 2024.
In-Law's Friend would like to play at the Casino on Sea days.
I was Looking at
Carnival General Cruise Cash.
General Cruise Cash provides an immediate credit to a guest's Sail & Sign account. This credit is good for any charge made to their account including taxes and gratuity charges. Cruise Cash is valid for a single voyage and cannot be transferred to future bookings. Cruise Cash is non-refundable and any unused credits will be forfeited
*Cruise Cash purchases limited to $500 per cabin.
Carnival Bar Cruise Cash.
Cruise Cash Bar provides an immediate credit to a guest's Sail & Sign account which can be applied toward any bar purchases. This credit is good for any bar charge made to their account including alcoholic drinks, juice, soda, water, and coffee shop charges. Cruise Cash Bar is valid for a single voyage and cannot be transferred to future bookings. Cruise Cash Bar is non-refundable and any unused credits will be forfeited.
*Cruise Cash Bar purchases limited to $500 per cabin.
We would like to get In-Law a Bar Cruise cash to cover her drinks.
Rather than paying as she goes along. Im also thinking of the daily exchange rates. (We are from Canada)
I would tell her friend about the cash a General Cruise cash for the casino.
Or she can bring a wad of cash or Both?
I see it says it will be applied to guest's Sail and Sign account. But limited to 500$ per Cabin.
I'm seeing this as two different offers GENERAL and BAR.
So Bar cash for In-Law and General for Friend. Would that be a possible Solution.
I'd would like to know the Cruise Critic Opinion
If We get the BAR and the GENERAL cruise cash

Hello 👋
we were on the Mardi Gras 06/11. We were on the EXCEL AFT balcony deck 9, visited the Loft 19 deck. It was nice but over priced for what’s it worth compared to the Serenity deck.
The cabana 19 lofts are in a shaded area. -

I do not drink alcohol but could I get some ideas for best non alcohol drinks to try on my next cruise
Following, Been looking for ideas. We traded in the Bottomless Bubbles for the Cheers package for the June cruise on the Mardi Gras.
Last cruise was the March Sailbration cruise on the Freedom. DW wanted a frozen drink without the alcohol. Bar tender made it. From there She had tasted all the frozen ones from the menu.
I’ll be willing to trying out different drinks like the zero proof beer, just for the heck of it.

We don't order room service but someone put their tray in front of our doorway a few years back.
Same here, I didn’t appreciate seeing the next door cabin actually, intentionally doing it. Was arrive to my cabin from the stairs and turned the corner to seeing that.
Without causing any problems I place their tray back at their cabin door.
should’ve ding dong ditch on them.

Just got back in from shoveling and a quick walk before the 8:00 curfew.
This will be a good time to look forward to cruising.
hope the video uploads

Take care of your DH and yourself.
I’m Quebec City we’re in curfew from 8pm t’il 5 am. Lost my evening walks before bedtime.
Just moving snow around the backyard for my sanity and fresh air. Getting a good wallop of snow today and tomorrow.
will enjoy myself shoveling it up.
Ive been following along all this time.
it helps to keep my spirits up for the next cruise day in 2022.
will be on the Majestic Princess in June for Alaska.
the deepest I’ve been in the water since the pandemic was my bathtub. Wishing I had a little cruise ship floating around.

Video is great 👍. Impressed with his style also. I’m only able to use a boogie board.

Made it, but left a few luggage behind. Will make a quick run back to collect my suffering gears.

We booked our June 2020 cruise over to June 2021 when Princess canceled the 2020 cruise we move the FCC to the 2021. Surfing on Princess website and say they posted a 14 day round trip. So we extended our voyage.
i have a question.
can we get off in Whittier and head over to the tram and back to Whittier. I was seeing bus for Anchorage only. Has anyone ever did a disembark to vist the Tram and head back to the cruise.

Houston, we have a problem!
Oh dear, what am I going to do?
I started reading Pescado Amarillo’s Blog and I’m hooked! It’s brilliant!
But how on earth am I going to carry on posting if I can’t drag myself away from Yellow Fish Cruises??
It’s nearly midnight and I have several hundred pages to read it would seem....... it’s going to be a long night.....
Help is on the way! Arrange a shuttle with the CANADA Arm. Use it to flip the pages while typing the Adventure. Try not to confuse the Blog in with the great adventure we’re all in. I haven’t enough brain 🧠 storage space.

For anyone interested, there's a very good documentary on the restoration of Raffles Hotel. It's a 2 parter. I was last in Singapore in 2018 starying at the Fairmont just across the road from Raffles. It was interesting to watch the workers replacing the tiles on the roofs of the various buildings but sad to see the various courtyards bare of greenery.
Watch it last night on YouTube it is an amazing place. The residents it’s home away from home. One big family. Imagine having your own Butler. Will watch part 2 tonight.

Amazing how much we are learning about this.
I had to put a harness on so that this group can be sure that I’m following up. If not just drag me along. Just be sure to slow down so we can admire the photos.
it is a wonderful tour I’m in no hurry to get back home soon.

Yep! You’ve got me following along. Was fascinated by the way it started. Made me look up the Chandris cruise lines saw the Logo. Was actually able to imagine your time on the cruise. I’m looking forward to reading more about your cruise and waiting patiently for ours to return . Had to rebook for 2021.
