Has anyone had success with finding a hotel chain that offers ADA rooms (Wheelchair/Roll In Shower) that sleeps 5? We're a family of 4 + mom who is nearing 80 and in a wheelchair due to a myriad of medical issues.

Thankfully, DCL offers ADA cabins that sleep 5 which is amazing!

Specifically, looking for the Miami area ahead of our DCL in March. I DO have rooms booked (thank goodness w/ it being spring break week) but would love to find a hotel that allows 5 in an ADA room

Castaway Cay is expected to have winds up to the 130's Thursday morning. With winds like that, if the storm stays on the current track, CC could be closed for repair for a while. In 1999, CC was closed for 1 month for repairs after Floyd hit it.

We were tendered at CC the week after Floyd. So pretty to look at but that was it as we were just bringing supplies after the storm.

We came back on the Summit today and had successfully packed a case of glass coke bottles plus a case of water. Based on this thread, taped luggage tags to both and both made it to the cabin just fine.

What a great review! We're on the same ship in August, can't wait!
