  1. Seeing a 3:30am arrival into Key West should have been an obvious red flag. No cruise ship is ever going to be docking in Key West at that hour!

I know, right? Which is exactly while I called NCL to double check and they confirmed the 3:30 a.m. time. Sounded crazy to me, but, heh, I don't run the cruise line. My call should have been a red-flag to NCL!

  2. Stroll straight down Greene Street, stop at Kermit’s, have a key lime pie on a stick, enjoy a locally-crafted beer at Waterfront Brewery, shop for a pair of Kino’s on the way back up the street and hop back on board. Duval Street is no different than every other bar in yourown hometown, they just start drinking earlier in the day.

Thanks for the tips. We were hoping to do museum and fort stuff. Not this trip I guess.

  3. Hi all! If you've booked this cruise, be aware that up until today the itinerary listed us arriving in Key West at 3:30 a.m. The accurate time is 3:30 p.m. Leaving port at 9 p.m. which means only about 3.5 hours in Key West. I'm really disappointed in NCL for this mistake. Big screw up in my opinion. Does anyone have a number to call to voice a complaint?

  4. 0n that cruise also and was equally confused...I decided to just wait and see.

So I finally contacted the person I booked the cruise with (NCL rep) and he spent over an hour trying to clarify. We actually get into port in the afternoon. The correct time is 3:30 p.m. I'm really upset because I had booked excursions (not with NCL)all day and now have to cancel them all. Not pleased with NCL.

  5. I'm getting conflicting info. In my NCL vacation summary for my cruise to Cuba on the Sun leaving July 9, it lists us arriving in Key West at 3:30 a.m. However, I have a friend who just recently took this cruise and she said it was 3:30 p.m! I called NCL to get confirmation and was told it was indeed 3:30 AM. Then, I looked on Key West calendar of cruise ships and it indicates 3:30 PM.

I would think NCL will have lots of ticked off people if it is actually 3:30 p.m. when everyone is expecting it to be a.m.

I have no idea how to get accurate information. Anyone have suggestions? Anyone have experience with this?

    Thanks all!
