Stayed in 4027, which is directly across from the Medical Center entrance.
No problems.
On occasion, I would hear the rattle of pill bottles when the Nurse arrived
in the morning.
I apologize for my error.
I was in Cabin 4024.
Entrance to the Medical Center is on the
Port side.
Again, I apologize for the misinformation.

Left the Crown, in Rejkavec, Iceland, for five days during a northern TA.
Flew to Halifax to rejoin the Crown back to NYC
Had written permission, from Princess.
Took a few copies; one for the PSD.

I would NEVER live in West Podunk, now East Podunk is a fine place. They mow their yards and wear Formal clothing to dinner.
Cruise Critic members live all over the world, many live within an hour of Podunkville.

I appreciate all of the previous posts. However, I was really hoping to read some of the "unreasonable" things folks have heard 😉
Two women, at the PSD, demanding full cruise credit because the Cabin Steward forgot
to replace the face clothes.
Last day of a far east Cruise, a couple demanding credit for all of the Ships tours that they
had taken.

That is actually Darryl, Darryl, and Larry, left to right. The quote you are referring to is "I'm Larry, this is my brother, Darryl, and this is my other brother, Darryl."

On the Pacific Princess, do consider a Deck 3 porthole obstructed ocean view cabin instead of an inside. The fare difference is very small, and the only obstruction is the size of the porthole itself. We did our entire first season on the Pacific Princess on Deck 3, and most of our second season, too, IIRC.
Deck 3 Cabins are great.
My issue is the Princess Booking Site.
IF all Inside Cabins are booked, one can not see Deck 3 open Cabins.
Takes a call to Princess

I think this is an issue you really need to take up with Princess (and I'm usually the first person to say you get a more accurate answer on here).
Call and ask to speak to a supervisor . Be firm but friendly. This isn't something a phone rep would know but the higher-ups would.
You can't be the only person with this problem and I'm sure they've addressed it corporately.
Doesn't Disney use the same technology?
Any issues with Disney?

We are going to Cuba on a one week cruise. We have arranged independent transportation and overnite hotel in Havana in order to go to the Tropicana night club. Will be returning to the ship the afternoon of the day prior to departure. Ship departs mid afternoon the next day. The ship will be in Cienfuegos.
Does anyone know the protocol for notifying the ship of our plans? Could this be an issue?
Suggest letting the Passenger Service Desk know your plans.

as I recall the passport agency, altho under the State Department is one of the few government entities to be fully funded via the fees they collect .... HENCE, they maintain full operation
There COULD be an impact to YOUR application if action/review/investigation by another agency is required but wrt the PASSPORT OFFICE you are good to go
(remember this when you next complain about the 'high cost' of a passport. It is NOT subsidized by taxes.
No complaints on the $110.00 cost to renew.

Missed being a Red Nose by a few miles)

I mailed my passport for renewal. If I do not get the new one back due to the government shutdown can I cruise to the Caribbean with a copy of my birth certificate ?
I mailed my Passport in for renewal on Dec. 19th before the shut down.
Received my new Passport dated Dec. 31st..
Pass Port Office was not affected by the shut down.
