I want to thank you for posting this.I was walking back to the ship on my own,there was torrential rain and I was going along a back street that was pretty deserted.The guy approached me and gave me his speil.This time he said him and his dad had been mugged up by the fort.He was actually very convincing but somewhere in the back of my mind I recalled this post and was on my gaurd.I was aware how vulnerable I was and didnt know if he would become violent or not so I just said"sorry mate,I have no cash left,dont have enough to get a taxi back{i was so wet this was a feasible excuse}I think he realised he was wasting his time with me and ran off.

LuckilyI am quite a savy traveler but I hate to think what would happen if he stopped someone who was more naive like my mum or aunt who had returned to the ship earlier.

So,thanks again and i hope no one else gets conned by this scumbag!

So funny I thought i was going to have an accident!!!!

I hope you dont mind but i,m printing this off so my mum can read it tomorrow{she cruises as well}

I found the bit about the blocking of the celebrity ship particularily funny as we had heard about the incident at the time and could just imagine the things that were being said, lol.
