  1. Oh my goodness! Having read lovemycruisetoo's post I checked again and sure enough, they fixed my booking access! Hooray! Of course in the process of fixing it they linked a totally different passenger to my booking ... but at least I could get in there and see it! I'm taking this as a win. 😉

OK, so, as you may know, each country has a different website and, therefore, its own set of problems 🙂

A few more questions...is your booking linked to your account (i.e., did you go through and manually do this)?

If so, I assume you can see it in the drop down list of bookings?

Can you see any other bookings (or is this your only one)?

I did link it to my account and I can't see a thing. I can look at my personal account information and my club points, etc. but anything to do with the cruise is a spinning wheel of death. It just spins and spins. I only have one booking currently, but this didn't happen on my other cruise.

And this is happening for the other two in my cabin. Same booking #, same problem. The other cabin, different booking #, can see their stuff just fine.

  3. I was wondering if anyone else had problems with the MSC website booking login?

We have a cruise booked directly with MSC for October this year and we can't log into our booking at all. We've called and emailed MSC repeatedly since last November with no resolution. The customer service agents confirm that we're booked, but they can't log in either.

I'm just concerned and I can't seem to get any resolution on this.

    Any ideas?

PS: When I try to log in with booking # and name it just flashes briefly but stays on the login page. When I try to login through my MSC account the wheel just spins and spins but never gets me to the booking. When I try to use one of their email links trying to get me to buy excursions, etc. it flashes briefly, then sends me back to the login page and the circle begins again.

  4. We have done Northern Europe last September (Hamburg, Le Havre, Southampton, Zeebrugges, Amsterdam) on MSC Preziosa. We had Bella booking but were assigned a Fantasia balcony cabin. My only regret was the weather. It was cooler when we were there and it was raining in a couple of ports. And also, we were rerouted to Rotterdam (instead of Amsterdam) because of fog. However, we still went to Amsterdam (from Rotterdam) via train.

If you haven't been to London or Paris or Berlin, this itinerary will make it possible to let you see those cities. A lot of planning ahead (train tickets, etc.) is required. If you are a Titanic fan, the Titanic Museum in Southampton is a must-see. There is also a big shopping mall and IKEA near the port.

Thanks, good to know. We'll see how we like this one and go from there. :Dclear.png?emoji-grin-1677

  5. I saw on another post that you'd used MSC several times. This will be our first with them (Seaside, Western Caribbean) in anticipation of maybe booking them for a bigger Northern Europe if we like them.

My question is, have you done any of their Northern Europe ones and how do you think they compare to the Western Caribbean one?

Like you, we're flexible and know that it's on us to make it work too. So a little foreknowledge will help me to compare.
