You have to use euros, they do not accept dollars. Ship exchange is very bad rate. Your local bank can order euros for you. most places take credit cards, in fact lots of places prefer them
I agree. We did a Carnival cruise last month where we had to park off site & that was a real hassle. Can't figure out why we can't berth closer as there appears that only one other ship is in port that day & they regularly handle 2 ships at a time
Is there a menu with drink prices somewhere? I would be happy with trying the under $15 - I don't drink enough to go over the price limit to get something specific
I walked it (with luggage). It takes awhile - maybe an hour? & the sidewalks can be narrow but it was a great way to see the city. They also have a tram that goes from the train station(short walk from the ship).I believe the canal tours are actually close to the train station. If you have tickets to the Anne Frank house & you happen to get there early they may let you in - they did for me.
I booked a cruise 2 days ago for this October. today it was down $70.My agent got the reduction & told me NCL will only do one price drop - even before final payment. Is this true?
Thanks - I did use a $100 holiday offer that expired Jan31. I did ask if I booked & changed cruise would it follow new one. I hope that's true. Also just checked, cruise went down $70!
Which cruise line? I am going on NCL by myself - not really interested in Paris but want to at least say I've been. I was looking at the Paris on your own & wondering if where you are dropped off you can at least see the Eiffel tower & other must haves. I realize I'll only have a few hours in the city
