I have been able to use Facebook Messenger to video chat with people back home with just the social media plan. Of course, it just depends on whether the wifi on the ship is being cooperative.

Just got caught up on the last month or so of posts. Been super busy working 2 jobs to fuel my cruise addiction (that will hopefully still be going next year). Just figured out that I worked 17.5 hours this weekend at my “part-time” job. Is it really part time if you work almost 1/2 of a work week over 3 days. And I agreed to be there at 7 am tomorrow before I go to my real job. I’m a glutton for punishment.

I plan on it. He thinks his life is boring, but I think my life is too chaotic, so it’s nice to have a change of pace. Reminds me to slow down and cherish everything. Between working 2 jobs and trying to get back out on the dating scene, I feel like I never have time for myself. So, this weekend, this became my guilty pleasure. 

Long day at work dealing with a $6.1 million dollar deal (gosh, I wish I had that money). Finally home. Doing laundry, drinking a beer out back and getting ready to tackle the original thread again. I think it may take me months to catch up. Do I keep reading or give up? Too entertaining…must keep reading. Hope everyone had an amazing Monday!

OMG!!! You guys are amazing!!! I actually have 3 cruises planned for next year. January on Carnival Magic out of Port Canaveral (#23), June out of Charleston on Carnival Sunshine (#24) and October out of Norfolk on Carnival Magic (#25). May have missed cruising a lot or got amazing casino deals (getting money back after 21 days at sea. LOL) But, can't wait to be in my happy place again. Land is a place I can live without. LOL

Sorry, new to the thread and honestly (just changed this sentence 4 times with auto-correct, because too much beer and shots. lol) only 50 pages into the original thread. But, I have been lost the last few years and I feel a kindred sprit with Sid (although not Sid on this thread). Being one person in real life and another online, hard to figure out who you really are. But, I love the support I have seen and hoping your guys will accept me to your tribe (still trying to catch up). I have a ton of "real life" friends, but they never get me. As I tried to complain tonight I overheard the "why is she complaining" voices. Going back to catch up on the next 1000 pages from the original thread. LOL
