We will be going on a cruise next year in June, heading from Florida to Montreal. Is there any chance to see whales while cruising up the east coast? If so where about should we be expecting to see them (and don't say in the water 🙂 ). Thank you

We are planning on going to one or two during our cruise and was wondering with these specialty dinning spots such as Canaletto and Pinnacle Grill. could you order more then one item such as two appetizers or two main entrées without getting an additional charge?

We are booked on our first Holland America Cruise, I was in my account on the website and saw that we can pre pay for some packages, do these ever go on sale like how Royal Caribbean does. If they do go on sale could you purchase them now and if you see it cheaper cancel and purchase it at the lower price? 

Our cruise ends in Montreal and we are looking at a flight that leaves at 12:25pm from YUL, Is there enough time to get to the airport from the cruise ship? Thanks in advance for your response.

I was looking at videos and saw a cake party on the ship. Do they have this party on every cruise or is something that only happens once a year?

I talked to my TA and she booked it for us. She said that Holland's website has been having trouble recognizing some bookings. We are good now. Thank you all for your responses. Our cruise is 14 days.

I am not sure I will have to call my TA and ask them all about that. This is our first time with Holland America, so I know it isn't a Casino Rate.

I will be calling to see why this is happening. I just booked a cruise and now on the website trying to buy the have it all package for the cruise and it says my booking is not eligible for the have it all package. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

This is our first trip with Holland America and we are going on a cruise in 2025. My wife enjoys coke products, so is there a freestyle machine on the ship or will she have to get her coke from a bartender? Are there any "Must" do's or see while on the ship? Any helpful tips for us would be apricated. 

I was filling out what I can on the app, and it is asking what port our cruise will be in and I am not sure what one to put. I will be on the Solstice Sept 2, 2022, leaving out of Seattle and will be in Victoria British Columbia Thursday Sept 8. I tried to look but I am not sure if the port I should put down is Victoria (operations). does anyone know what port I am supposed to pick out of the list the app gives me? We are going on a Sept 2022 cruise and 2 people from our party do not have the shot and don't plan on getting it either. Is Celebrity requiring all passengers to have the shot or they can not come aboard ? If so is there anything they can do without getting the shot to still join us?

I am looking at my cruise information online and the Premier Pass is $39.99 person. This cant be the regular price can it (It doesn't have a discount attached to it)? What is the normal price?Unlimited internet for 2, lunch with a crew member, the inside tour, food and wine tasting, and a bottle at my cabin for only $39.99? If this isnt the normal price and I can actually prebook this for this price will they honor it?

Well for everyone that is planning on going to see this museum, as of Feb 4, 2019 it is closed. There are signs up on the front door in Spanish. To the best of my knowledge it said closed due to renovating. When we went to crazy burrito for lunch the owner told me it has been closed for almost a year now and he doesn't know when they plan on opening it.  

I read somewhere that the Museum of Cozumel was closed due to renovating the place. Does anyone know if this place is open or not? 

How do people check out towels? Is there a bar code or something on each towel  so the employee knows that is your towel you were given? I ask this cause what will happen if someone leaves their towel on a chair for hours and I remove said towel from the chair  and that person doesn't find his/her towel when she gets back? Are they out $25 ? Maybe next time they wont leave the towel unattended :-)
