Thanks for the info & the photos! You've assured me that we'll have more to do than just fry on the beach or buoy in the waves.

@ BlueHanu – Thanks for the reply. You’ve already given a positive response since you’ve been there and are going back! I’ll look forward to reading about how rewarding the “far end” snorkeling was. Enjoy your cruise.

We’re looking primarily for a nice beach with good beach-accessible snorkeling (we have our own gear). Paradise Cove says that it has direct access to Deadman's Reef right off the beach. Any Opinions, Pros & Cons about booking their beach transportation shuttle from the Cruise Port, and purchasing their Day Pass? Speaking of which, does the $35 shuttle price INCLUDE the Day Pass? All that I can find on their website is shuttle reservations with checkoff boxes as to your Activity Selection with “pay on arrival.” Thanks

I understand that here is a beautiful beach to hang out. Are there any locations where we can walk / get to beach-accessible snorkeling (we have our own gear)? Any recommendations for a snorkeling excursion? Thanks

Off Governor’s Beach, it appears that there are a number of underwater ‘shadows’ that could indicate reefs, and a lot of small boats present, south of the jetty, more-or-less directly off Jack’s Shack / Island Jerk Bar & Restaurant. It seems that a number of snorkeling excursions also go there. Is the snorkeling pretty good there? Is it reasonably convenient to just walk / make our way there on our own from the Cruise Center? Pros & Cons? Thanks
Day-Pass Beach Location on Antigua

We are looking for suggestions for a beach location on Antigua that ideally has a hotel or resort that has a day-pass for walk-on guests and is accessible from the cruise ship terminal.
Thanks,
