We will be on Norwegian at end of June. I can’t decide between doing Mendenhall glacier via helicopter combined with the dog sledding on Mendenhall glacier. Alternative is to take the land tour to Mendenhall glacier followed by whale viewing. We want the more unique experience and views of the glacier. 

We have already done the beaver plane to Denali and in Icy strait have a whale eating tour. Thank you for your comments and advice.

we will be traveling on the Norwegian jewel from June 24 from Seward to Vancouver. 

Unfortunately, we do not go to Glacier Bay. We stop at icy point. I don’t know if it is worth to take the plane for a 2 hour flight to glacier bay or wait and pick a cruise that goes to glacier bay next time. The alternative excursion would be the whale watching. 

Also for Ketchikan, I’m between the lumbar jack show and touring the tone versus taking the float plane to Misty fords. I have the special $50 port credit with Norwegian. They don’t offer a float plane. Just the boat tour and the reviews are mixed. We were considering booking our own excursion. 

Finally in Skagway, , we wanted to do the trip to Haines and the chillroot kayake but hear the Yukon train is also a must see. 

Any tils or asvice ice would be appreciated. Thank you 

I did Danube Christmas market river cruise in 2016 with Amawaterways and had category B.B. cabin and enjoyed it very much.

I found a good deal this year for a Rhine River Christmas market with Amawaterways. My two questions are:

1) am I duplicating similar trip with basically same them and perhaps better to book a different Rhine Cruise

It’s cabin category d and I’m concerned about being in the lower deck with fixed windows.

Any comments and opinions appreciated.
