I have the Oasis of the Seas booked for the first cruise after the drydock. I booked without knowing it was in for a drydock as I was looking for a Thanksgiving cruise. I'm curious if this cruise may be canceled if there are delays? Has anyone heard of delays or cancellations after a dry dock. I'm assuming since this is a Thanksgiving cruise they will do everything in their power to be on time.

Called Crown and Anchor to book a Thanksgiving cruise for myself, my husband and our 7 year old daughter. Once I received a quote I was amazed at the price and booked on the spot. Turns out they put my 7 year old daughter in a roll-away crib and that is why the price was completely off. The room we book was only a 2 person room. Thankfully we caught it when we received the invoice and not before we sailed. Royal owned up to the mistake and put us in the right category for no up charge. Thought I'd share so someone else doesn't get this mistake
Note to self- always check the invoice

I was happy with the room. The balcony was very large compared to other Junior Suites. I like that it is tucked away from the other rooms and very close to activities and the pool.

I received a Royalup on my Jan 3rd cruise on Indy. I'm in a Junior suite and had options to upgrade in all categories, however when looking on Royal's website the suites are sold out.

I was on the phone with reservations for my upcoming cruise on the Independence of the Seas in January. I wanted to reserve a la carte for Izumi since my husband and I eat sushi and our friends eat Hibachi. They stated that I would have to pay the $45 fee for hibachi and order off the sushi menu should I want it. My question is, if I'm not eating Hibachi, I don't feel that I should pay $45 for something I'm not going to eat. Anyone run into this? After several minutes he came back after my question and stated they aren't doing sushi and only Hibachi.

Hi All-
I was a GTY Junior Suite on the Independence of Seas and today was assigned #1102. I believe this is a new room, so I haven't found much information on it. Has anyone had any insight or stayed in the new section of Deck 11?

There's no "usually" with room assignments. They can come anytime, up to the day you arrive at the pier.
Great, thank you.

HI All-
I booked a GTY Junior Suite on the Independence of the Seas in January as there were not room selections available. Today, my curious mind wanted to see the prices now for the Junior Suites and noticed there were two rooms available that you could book. My question is, how long does Royal Caribbean usually wait to see if someone books those suites before assigning them? Both rooms seem in a great location.

IT was very private. Only issue I had was a slight echo on the balcony since it was part of the solarium.
