Will be in the Miami area in Feb 2019. Thinking of catching a last minute cruise from Miami to Eastern Caribbean. Do cruise lines from Miami still allow last minute walk-ons to fill ship or if not, is there a 3 day prior to departure minimum? Advise on last minute deals are welcome as we are on a budget.
