I do not know if this factors into your well thought out theory. But my initial booking for a guarantee inside cabine was booked through Casino at Sea. I had a free inside cabin certificate that I earned from a land based casino. I was wondering myself, if a CAS booking had any influence from NCL accepting my bid. Hope we both have a wonderful cruise on that sailing!

I am also on BA sailing March 4. We booked a guarantee inside deck 13. Bid 135pp 2 weeks ago for balcony. 1 week later my bid was accepted. Received a category BA, midship deck 11.

I read on another thread that the walking distance to Jetty Beach depends on which terminal the ship docks at in port canaveral If your ship docks at terminal 1 or 3,it is within walking distance. I'm on the BA for the upcoming 3/4/18 cruise, and I researched and found ship docks at terminal c10. So unfortunately, a cab ride is necessary.

Call carnival. Tell them you want info for a free cruise from your Trop gold card. They will ask for your Trop advantage club card number. They will run that and tell you what you qualify for.Go for it! I booked 2 cruises from this promo in the last two years by making gold membership at the trop. All you have to pay for is tax and port fee for the cruise, unless you want to upgrade your cabin.
