If I remember correctly the government leader stated that he didn't want any gay people visiting his island.

Let's hope we and our allies stay away from this unwelcome country.

I wish we lived in a world that respected the wishes if trans people. 

I would guess that San Juan has a greater population.

I have mostly cruised alone as I will be in late November. I have met younger too cool guys and friendly young guys. The same with older guys.

Seabourn invites me to dine with a prearranged table that is hosted by a friendly staff person. It's a great way to meet people.

I go to the FOD and the singles meet ups. It also helps to get involved with activities or excursions right away.

I have an easier time meeting GLBT people on non gay cruises.
