Just to clarify - you do get the drink cards if you book directly through CAS, as long as it's a comped cabin. I just sailed in Dec and received 3 of them in the cabin I booked through CAS. :)

Yes you are right. I just did a last minute 1 night cruise through CAS on the Gem, card was in the cabin.

Has anyone played VP on the Breakaway? if so were they any good?

Hello, we have now twice stayed in a large balcony mini-suite. Once on port side, once on starboard side. I agree with above posters. No noise, no issues, plenty of privacy if chairs are situated close to balcony doors - people above you can see you if you are out further. The large balcony was totally worth it. One comment: if they are still doing the fireworks, which they did on the Bermuda run, port side is better in our view because you can see the fireworks from your deck and not get caught up in the mass of people all up on the upper deck.....
