What fun! Thanks again for sharing your marvelous trip. For me, it was the next best thing to being there.😊

It looks like you had some blue sky for a time!
Hope the seas weren’t too rough. How was it being up so high in the ship? (Had 10045 and wondered if there would be more movement.) I’m appreciating the opportunity to at least take this cruise vicariously through your blog! Thank you! Have a wonderful time in Flam! Can’t wait to see your photos from there, too!

A noisy rooster for your little neighbor? Hope the walls aren’t too thin! 😂 Seriously, what a kind gesture! 💗
Your photos are wonderful! Take care of your toe—that chocolate looks medicinal to me!

We have a cruise booked in November out of Fort Lauderdale, I check daily and right now airfare for two is $1100.00 from Detroit, eek. Well, I’ll only fly Delta and since I’m an extremely anxious flyer, only non-stop. I check daily so hoping prices drop somewhat.
I’ve found Scott’s Cheap Flights a good resource for alerting me to lower priced flights w/reasonable schedules. They simply search and then provide links directly to airlines. Google flights is also a good resource for price alerts. Just got RT airfare for 2, SF to Singapore in Feb for $800 each w/days & times I was looking for. Hope you find a good deal!

OK, this is fun. I went to my account, both on the app and on the website, and it says I have no bookings, even when I put in my booking number. It has a different Mariner ID number than the one that's on my booking confirmation.
Â
When I go to Manage My Bookings, it shows up.

Is this something to be concerned about? How can I fix this?
Somehow I ended up with 3 different Mariner numbers. A phone call to the number listed for Mariner’s Club resolved it easily. And yes, do be concerned—I ended up with more stars by combining them under 1 brand new number. Yay!

I wish HAL offered this exact itinerary again! I was so looking forward to it, even more so now after reading your blog & seeing your photos! To get all these ports & fjords now, though, it will take a 21-day cruise in July (a 14-day July 12th w/o Geiranger/Geirangerfjord or Alesund, followed by a 7-day that includes them). You have really inspired me to book it! Thank you!
