Hi fellow ncl cruisers. We are a couple of aussie cruisers who are considering one of our bucket list cruises, to alaska.
We always were told that princess was the way to go however after seeing a clip of the norwegian bliss and particularly with the present perks available with ncl. We now have the scales tipped in favor of bliss.
We were considering star princess from san fran without glacier bay or the 7 nighter from seattle on ncl bliss with glacier bay.
Which would you choose please and why???
Kind regards Bob.
Bob,
Never been on Princess so I have no way to compare. But which ever cruise you decide you should make sure to see Glacier Bay. Its one of those places on earth like no other. No pictures, videos or stories can do it justice. It is a must see.

Great review. Thank you for taking the time to share. My wife & I are on the Pearl in March out of Tampa so these reviews are very, very helpful.

I was just looking at the rewards for bronze latitudes members. Does anyone know what kind of sparkling wine will be provided and is there a non-alcoholic version available?

My wife and I are on the Pearl out of Tampa in March. We picked the SDP when we booked out cruise last year. We have two restaurants picked already to try and I am looking for input from others. On our last cruise we had dinner at Moderno and loved it, so we are going there one night. I've picked Cagney's for one dinner also. So now we are down to La Cucina, Le Bistro or Teppanyaki to pick for the third. Just want to hear from feedback on each as we are open to trying any of those three.

88 days until we take the Pearl out of Tampa, heading to the Western Caribbean. It will have been over 3 years since our last cruise.
What was your upgrade offer and what did you bid

So we are 3 days out from sailing on the Pearl. I received an email a couple of hours ago as we won our bid from an inside cabin to a family oceanview picture window cabin for $100 each. I was hoping for a balcony but this cruise is very, very close to being sold out completely.
