Just because you hate college kids doesnt mean they brought disease on board. Stop being a jerk.
Uh, Excuse Me??? I'm not sure why you'd jump to the conclusion that I hate college kids......I don't. There were a large number on our ship last week and they were lots of fun and extremely nice. I also am unsure where I stated they brought disease on board. I didn't. They do drink, sometimes, way too much with the inevitable stomach upset. It happens. Finally, there's no reason to call me or anyone else here a jerk or any other name.

Not trying to hijack the thread but have a quick towel-related question...
We're booked for our first RCCI cruise and wondered if anyone uses those clips for holding towels on deck chairs? I've never had them, but have seen them and sometimes wished I had some. Thanks!
I purchased some after struggling with flopping towels on all of our cruises. They were $7 a pair and well worth every penny, not only do they hold the towel in place, they also make it easy to spot your chairs when you walk away for a few minutes.

Just remember, the Key charge is per person, so if there are 5 of you, its $100 a day, $700 for a 7 night cruise. The pier was open at Coco Cay, so there's no tendering involved. Personally, for the money, I'd get my family a cabana at Coco Cay.

Wondering if the cleaning is related to the presence of spring breakers on board???? Big groups of college kids is a potential for big messes.

Per the info provided from RCCL, there is no formal night on the 4 day cruises....just 5 day and up. We just returned from the 4 day Mariner and the only night we noticed folks dressed up was the last night. Hope you have a great time!!

We were on the Allure last May and Adventure in Dec. We all noticed the wider availability of choices in WJ on Adventure and commented this to the dining room mgr. He said there are more options in WJ on Adventure because they don't have multiple options for dining like the Oasis class ships. Makes total sense to me. We always eat in the WJ because it fits our cruisestyle better than MDR.

hmmm, just got email about Roatan being dropped on our Western cruise the week before. We were on her in May and had St Thomas dropped from our Eastern trip with San Juan subbed. I honestly thought RCCL would have fixed this azipod issue by now, but apparently I expected too much. They had told us it would be repaired in the fall 😞
