They are back on my iPhone 😀 I closed out Navigator and when I reopened they were there!

Up until a few days ago I was able to see dining room dinner menus in the Navigator App. Now they have disappeared. I can only see the Breakfast Menu. Anyone else notice this?

I received my Bronze Medallion on my last cruise from the Neptune Lounge Concierge. The Medallion ceremony usually does not include Bronze, however, we were invited probably because we were staying in the Pinnacle Suite. I had my picture taken with the Captain. 😃

There's a small pharmacy right inside the terminal duty free shopping area. I have bought medications from there and they are very reasonably priced.

Just off a 16 day cruise and am pretty sure the cases were much higher than 20! First, the longer the cruise went the more people we saw/heard sniffling/coughing and this was not uncommon. Second, a cabin near us had an orange sticker on the lock which we were told meant that it was quarantined (plus noticed the crew wearing full protective gear when entering it. Out of boredom, we decided to walk most of the cabin areas and counted 20 more of the orange stickers.
At the airport we encountered several passengers from our ship who also were showing signs of colds or virus.
When we first boarded the ship we were told of the full masking policy. After about 2-3 days this was lifted, even for the crew (they were very happy about this). However, about 7 days later the crew went back on masks. This led me to believe that Covid levels were increasing.
Of course I do not have actual figures, but my observations lead me to believe that Covid is a larger issue than HAL is letting on.
I believe we were on the same cruise. We both found out we had Covid when we got home and my husband who is 80 ended up hospitalized. We both had four vaccines but we both got very sick. Almost a month later I am just now starting to feel better. This was my dream cruise and it ended up not so dreamy.

Just purchased 100 shares today at $6.81. Emailed confirmation and received a response within 10 minutes that my $250 OBC was applied!! I owned CCL in 2001 but sold in 2008 for a nice profit so this is a really good price per share!

We disembarked on Sunday, Oct 31st and it was a disaster!! We were in the Pinnacle Suite so our letter said we could just walk off anytime after 0745. We proceeded to the gangway at about 0810 to find a very long line of passengers carrying off their own bags. The problem was the customs agents were set up in the ship instead of in the terminal since we were docked on the other side of the terminal. There was a Disney Ship in port also. I don't know why the got our dock.
After waiting for 30 minutes one of the HAL employees came and escorted us to customs. He took our photo and uploaded something on his phone. It took a few minutes. They started with only 4 agents and finally added 4 more. It was by far the worst part of the entire cruise.

Do you think they made a mistake? We haven't had an email yet regarding our 7-day round trip SD cruise. I will post if we do!
I don't think it's a mistake because the cruise no longer shows on the website. I guess it's because it was scheduled to sail prior to November 1, 2021.

Just received an email from HAL that my 7-day cruise departing Oct 24, 2021 from San Diego to Mexico and return has been cancelled. I don't understand why because it is only 7 days not 8 from a US Port. This is my 3rd cruise cancelled this year 😒

1st cruise was Carnival Holiday in 1996 to Mexico. While we were anchored in Catalina, I spotted the Viking Serenade and using my binoculars selected one of the aft suites and we booked the day we returned.

Just saw this group cruise listed in the NARFE Magazine. May 22, 2009 Zaandam Alaska.
NARFE - National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association.
Do not know how large this group could get.

The inability to confirm dining choice for traditional has so far kept us away from HAL. I keep checking the HAL boards once in a while to see if something has changed. Looks like not. We tried open seating on NCL and Princess. Its not for us. If HAL would confirm traditional, we would cruise with them again.
Not sure what you mean by this. We have a confirmed early seating with a request for a table for 2 for both of our upcoming cruises. If you book early you should be able to get confirmed traditional early or late.

one other thing to put on the must bring/smuggle on board list that they are charging for is Green Tea Bags. If you want Green Tea the only place they had them was at the Coffee Bar(Carnival) for $4.00. each..... I wonder if we'll get those confiscated if there spotted in our bags? or do you think I should just pay $4 buck each for them too????
You don't have to smuggle on tea bags - you can bring as many as you like and you can even get hot water for free!!
Bringing on beer however, is against the rules. How hard is that to understand!

Okay. That makes some sense, then. Thanks, Hammy. I honestly thought the poster was referring to a ship I'd never heard of and just happened on this site by mistake:) .
I was also wondering what ship the poster was referring to. :) Thanks for the responses.

I looked at my booking today on Galileo and see that the waitlist for fixed dining is closed and that we've been assigned to "open seating".:(
What is Galileo???

We are confirmed for Early Seating next year but are waiting to change to AYW if tables for 2 are not long waits. All we want is a table for 2 and we would prefer to dine whenever we wish so we hope AYW dining works out for us.
