As Lynn says, the choice of brand of spirit is free with Prestige. I can taste the difference between Smirnoff (the well vodka) and Grey Goose. So my double Grey Goose and tonic would cost me (if I were paying by the drink) $7.20 more. (2 x $3 plus 20% gratuity)

Good day!  I have had a lot of fun reading these so-called problems all of these cruisers have been complaining about!  Why not just suck it up and pay the pied piper?  It seems to me that some of these people might be better off sailing on Carnival so they could fight it out!  Please people, don't be a Chester Cheapskate!!!  Just love the fact that you get to cruise!!

  2. Hi Slinkie...I just booked this cruise and I too was looking at which beverage package to get.  The house package only allows drinks for lunch and dinner, so my plan is to upgrade to the premium select package, which allows drinks all day long at all bars and restaurants.  If you choose the house select beverage package offered by Oceania, it would cost an extra

     $20.00/per person/day ($240.00usd).

  3. Hello, all!  As of last week, there is now an alcohol package available ($30usd) but Yacht Club members get this benefit for no additional cost, thank Gawd!!!  Not too sure about the food but I can only assume that it will also be included.  I believe on Royals Private Island it is included and maybe Carnival's and Princess' too.  MSC is pushing hard for a November opening since they lost Cuba because of Trump!  We're arriving in March 2020 so I hope any kinks are ironed out by then...I also hope that everything goes great for everyone!!
