Just off our first Oceania cruise on Marina and are already looking forward to our next! The itineraries we are most interested in are on the smaller R class ships. I know they are all similar, but is one of these 3 “better”. Sirena, Nautica or Regatta? Thanks for your advice

First time on Oceania - we will be visiting France, Spain and Portugal and the ship will be cruising in the Mediterranean after we disembark. Wondering whether crew members would prefer US dollars or Euros for incidental gratuities? TIA

Never cruised on Oceania but are looking at a cruise on Riviera. Cabin choices are 7008 or 7131. Any thoughts?
thanks for advice/opinions

Thinking of upgrading from mini suite, but have a few questions
1) is balcony bigger than mini suite?
2) Does bathtub have a shower or can you only shower in shower stall?
3) Is shower stall spacious or “tight”
4) Is one deck preferable to another for these forward suites
any other pros/cons to consider?
thanks
Mary

We have not cruised on Princess for 20 years, but have booked a cruise for 2023. We booked on the Princess website and the confirmation showed a “new” Captain Circle number. Did our old Captain Circle numbers expire? We have the “old “ numbers and I believe we may even have dates of prior cruises (4 cruises, 38 nights). How do we get record onto new number or booking onto old number? Thanks for any advice

We will be docked at Civitavecchia on November 1, which is a holiday in Italy. We do not plan on going to Rome, but we are thinking of Orvieto via private car. Would cathedral and restaurants be open? Any suggestions for excursions (not Rome) from this port on the holiday? Thanks

Does anyone know if the FCC can be used for shore excursions, gratuities or other cruise related expenses or can it only be applied to the actual cruise fare.

Looking at penthouse suite 11049 (under Waves dining area) or a veranda cabin on deck 8 or 10. We would love the extra space of the suite but are concerned about noise from above. Any advice?

Based on reading a number of reviews/posts, it seems that the veranda cabins on this ship have relatively small showers with cloth shower curtains that have a tendency to “cling”. We are wondering about the shower/bathtub configuration in the suites - do some have combination tub showers or do the ones with just a shower have a larger shower. We are not petite people and would like to make sure we can shower in comfort. Thanks

Looking at two cruises with similar itineraries on these two lines. Any insight on pros and cons to consider in our decision making would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your recommendations

We have done a number of cruises, most on Royal Caribbean, but have also sailed on Celebrity, Princess and Holland America. We are looking at two cruises with similar itineraries - one on Silver Spirit and one on Marina. Looking for input on pros and cons of these two cruise lines. Thanks in advance for any insight

Considering a Bordeaux cruise on AMAWaterways. In selecting a cabin, is one side more likely to have better views (particularly while docked). Thanks in advance for your advice

Thinking about a river cruise and wondering if water levels are an issue for Bordeaux or Douro River itineraries. Any insight would be appreciated.

We have made the final payment on an April cruise, but prices have dropped since then. Is there any way to get an adjustment or credit for the price difference?

Does the Concierge Lounge on Radiance have an outside seating area? We really enjoyed this feature while cruising on Serenade and hope that Radiance has a similar configuration.
Future Cruise Certificate question
in Oceania Cruises
Posted
We purchased a Future Cruise Certificate on our first Oceania cruise last month. It states that if we book a cruise using this certificate there is a one time option to transfer benefit to a different cruise. If we exercise this option 180 days or more from sailing, are we still charged the $150 fee?
Thanks for your insight
