  1. We were on Harmony just after Christmas and the determination was made a few days before our scheduled CocoCay stop that we would be skipping it.  We got Labadee added on as a replacement, which I was thrilled about (I may have been in the minority).

Coco Cay was to be our final day as well - we ended up stopping at Labadee the day before, giving us the final day at sea.  That worked way better for me anyway 🙂

I think it depends how far before your scheduled stop they make the call to skip it.

You can normally do this all via the website.  However, if you have a special situation, like one adult wants Deluxe and the other adult opted out of Deluxe and got Refreshment, then this might not be doable via the website.  When you try to rebook, the website will force both adults to have Deluxe.

Yes for sure. Last year both adults in our stateroom purchased the Deluxe package and I cancelled and rebooked online via Cruise Planner several times. This year the situation has changed and one adult does not drink.

So I know I will have to call and arrange for one Deluxe and one Refreshment. I just wondered how it worked if I wanted to subsequently cancel and rebook.  I'm sure its my own issue feeling weird calling and asking to cancel and rebook in the same breath - but if they allow you to do it online, not sure why the person who answers the phone would give me any trouble 🤷‍♀️

REMEMBER, to get one with and one without alcohol you MUST do it over the phone as the cruise planner will NOT allow it.

So kind of a follow up question to this...

If I purchase the deluxe and refreshment over the phone today, and then see a lower price next week - do I have to call to cancel or will it show up on my Cruise Planner and I can cancel it online?

I guess I would just feel weird calling them back to say - I need to cancel the beverage packages I purchased....and now, I would like to repurchase them at the lower price.  Probably my own hang up 😏 but just wondered if anyone has ever done that?

  4. I agree with all those that have said Oasis class.

There is so much to see and do - and the kids club area is outstanding (so large and has many different rooms - a science lab and theater even!).

My daughter was 3.5 on our last Harmony cruise and she literally had the time of her life.  We are sailing again at New Years when she will be almost 4.5 and we have booked Harmony again because she (and the rest of us) loved it so much :)

I think they are asking about the Small Wonders around the ship that you look into. I thought I had read that Harmony does not have these.

That was my impression as well.  I didn't know what they were officially called, but while on our Oasis cruise, my 4 year old son (at the time) called them "Look-ins" so that's how I've always referred to them :)

But you are correct - we were on Harmony in March and I was specifically looking for them.  I didn't find any 😞

  6. I agree with everyone above - we are just back from a Harmony cruise and we rented the bungalow. It was easily our most enjoyable day of the cruise.

We had rented the cabanas on a previous cruise and I was nervous about getting the bungalow as I didn't know if they would be as private.  I actually ended up preferring the bungalow - the washrooms and lunch were super close, the beach was phenomenal and it was a lovely quiet place on a very busy day.  We kept looking down the beach to the "non private" area and being very thankful for our little slice of paradise :)
