  1. Hello,

We are arriving in Aruba on RCCL Symphony of the Seas at 8:00am.  I am interested in booking a Viator Jeep Adventure Tour that starts at 9:00am (they pick up at port).  Do you think this is possible to do; allowing enough wiggle room for timing if ship doesn't arrive by 8:00am???

    Thank you!

  2. Was wondering if anyone can help me figure out if I would be able to make a 9:30 Pineapple Tour.  It says the Pride of America docks at 8:00am in Maui and we are renting a car from Enterprise (not the airport location).  Would we be able to get off the ship at 8:00am or do they not let people off  until a certain time?  We will then have to walk to Enterprise and hopefully the process of getting our car is smooth and it is about 20 minute drive to the pineapple tour that starts at 9:30.  Anyone have any input on this?  Thank you in advance!

  3. Thanks Sydney! We do have whale watch tour booked for Juneau and zip rider in icy point strait but thinking that we would "wing it" in other ports. So hoping to find something interesting to do with tour companies at dock! Skagway white pass tour looks interesting! We sail this Friday so getting very excited about trip!!!!

  4. Cruising on the RCCL Radiance Vancouver to Seward on wondering if there are excursion companies at the ports selling excursions? I have only been in Caribbean cruises and know that here are always companies trying to sell you tours but not sure if this is true in the Alaskan ports?? Thanks for any input!

  5. We just returned from the Allure last week. We did not have anything planned for this port and decided to "wing it". When we got off the ship we walked a little ways and ended up talking to a taxi driver and set up a little tour of our own with him. He ended up taking us to Notre Dame church (really cook) and then to a beautiful lookout over the fishing village of Cassis. We then drove to Cassis where he gave us about 2 hours to shop and eat lunch in Cassis. It is a really charming little town and we really ended up enjoying this impromptu tour. The only thing is that I guess taxi drivers are not really suppose to do "tours" so the driver asked to tell any port personnel (if they asked) where the taxi took us.....if they asked he told us to just tell them that the taxi took us to Notre Dame church. I hope you have a wonderful cruise in the Mediterranean on the Allure! We really enjoyed this itinerary!
