It is unfortunate that Celebrity is quite that rigid.  We have taken friends on Princess many times (we are Elite there as well) and when we asked if we could take our friends with us they always said yes.  We will have to take that into consideration the next time we take friends with us and probably would avoid Celebrity.  You can't very well leave your friends behind.

We are doing a Caribbean cruise in April and we are both Elite members.  This time we are taking friends who have never cruised before with us and since we have never done this before I have a couple of questions:

1. There is a separate line for Elite members to check in. Can our friends go in the same line to check in?

2. Are they able to attend any of the cocktail parties that we get invited to? eg First Officers party

3. As well is there lunch available in the dining room on embarkation day and if so can we take them with us

Any other tips regarding their accompanying us would be appreciated

The 3 free drinks that are loaded on your room key when you are an Elite member.  Do they need to be consumed in the bars between 5 and 7 or can they be ordered at other times during the day? EG for a class of wine with dinner

We are sailing on the Reflection in April and have been placed in Cabin 6104 on Deck 6.  Has anyone been in that cabin?  If so did you find there is a lot of noise from the theatre below?  If there is noise is it just during the shows and how loud is it?

We are Elite members and the last time we sailed with Celebrity at the evening cocktail party the drinks were unlimited. Now that they have changed the format of this is this still the case or are you only allowed limited drinks?
