Most tours were 8 hours long compared to the much shorter and crowded ship tours. Guides were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to all questions. They promptly got us back to the ship on time. We were able to enjoy the tours in small groups and made some wonderful friendships as a result. Chicco and Cristina were great at communicating beforehand answering all emails promptly. Do not hesitate to use Italy tours!
